PROCESSING TIME

All orders are carefully processed within 1–4 business days from the time your order is received. During promotional periods, please allow for additional processing time due to higher order volumes.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time applies after your order has been processed.
To ensure same-day dispatch, Next Day Air orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PKT.
If you require your order to be expedited, please select one of our express shipping options at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We are pleased to offer free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders of $175 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS International.

All international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or import fees as determined by the destination country. These fees are not charged by Satya Jewelry and are the responsibility of the recipient.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Once your package reaches its destination country, it may experience customs-related delays beyond our control. These delays are part of the standard clearance procedures of each country and may extend the estimated delivery time.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges,

  • Any import fees incurred, and

  • The return shipping cost of the package.

These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

GIFTS

If your order is marked as a gift, please note that the declared value of the items will still appear on the customs documentation.
As required by international customs regulations, Bijou Belle must legally declare the value of all merchandise shipped outside Pakistan.
